1, according to the plan, the branch is not the start of site condition do preliminary analysis, formulated the basic installation construction plan; 
2, accurate submit budget plan so that to reduce the cost; 
3, to make project installation schedule; 
4, before installation for elevator equipment approach and the civil handover inspection; 
5, check the installation work, and ensure the safety in construction, in line with the installation process and construction procedures, duly completed; 
6, is responsible for the installation acceptance and delivery and installation charge; 
7, coordinate well the various aspects of the relationship, to ensure safety and quality conforms to the acceptance standard.
